Returned items typically take between 3-5 business days to be received after they have been mailed. Once we receive your return, it may take an additional 7-10 business days for us to process the return and issue an exchange or refund.
- Refunds should typically appear on your statement within 2 weeks after you mail your package back. If you haven't seen your credit appear after 2 weeks, please contact our Customer Care Team at 888-926-0255.
- Your exchange will be initiated once your return package is scanned into the carrier network. You will receive an email with the new tracking information once it ships.
Return Shipping: Effective June 25, 2025, a $6 return shipping fee, per return, will be deducted from the refund.
Online purchases (excluding embroidered items) may be returned at Peter Millar boutiques at no cost. Proof of purchase required.
