What is the return policy?

Return Policy

Peter Millar would like for you to be entirely satisfied with your purchase. We will gladly accept a return or exchange of items that are in new condition with original tags. Return items cannot be washed, worn or altered. Please note that we are unable to accept returns of items purchased from third-party retailers (Nordstrom, Neiman Marcus, golf shops or specialty retail stores) or Peter Millar stores.

Full-Price Merchandise must be returned within 60 days of the order date to receive a refund or exchange. The refund will be applied to the original method of payment.

Holiday Policy Extension: Due to potential shipping delays from carriers, Peter Millar will be extending its Return Policy during the holiday shopping period. Full-Price merchandise purchased between November 1 and December 25 must be returned within 90 days of the order date to receive a refund or exchange. We want you to shop with confidence while allowing gift recipients the proper time to return or exchange items if needed.

Sale-Price Merchandise  is RETURN ONLY and must be returned within 30 days of the order date to receive a refund. The refund will be applied to the original method of payment.

Please note: Final Sale items are NOT eligible for returns or exchanges. All sales are final.

Custom embroidered items from our Collegiate Collection are eligible for return only.

Gift Cards cannot be returned, refunded, exchanged or redeemed for cash.

Return Shipping: Effective June 25, 2025, a $6 return shipping fee, per return, will be deducted from the refund. 

Online purchases (excluding embroidered items) may be returned at Peter Millar boutiques at no cost. Proof of purchase required.
