What is the return policy?

We at Peter Millar would like for you to be entirely satisfied with your purchase. We will gladly accept a return or exchange of items that are in new condition with original tags. Items eligible for returns cannot be washed, worn or altered. Please note that we are unable to accept returns of items purchased from Peter Millar stores or third-party retailers (Nordstrom, Neiman Marcus, golf shops or specialty retail stores).

Full-Price Merchandise must be returned within 60 days of the order date to be eligible for a refund or exchange. The refund will be applied to the original method of payment.

Sale-Price Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the order date to be eligible for a refund or exchange. The refund will be applied to the original method of payment.

Custom embroidered items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. This includes items embroidered with the Peter Millar logo.

Gift Cards cannot be returned, refunded, exchanged or redeemed for cash.

Return Postage is provided in each shipment and your return shipment can be dropped off at any USPS or FedEx location. Please note that using the provided label will deduct a $6.50 return postage fee from your refund amount. For expedited return delivery service, drop off your package at FedEx.
